About Me

Hello, and welcome, to my latest attempt at a portfolio website. My name is Natalie Northcutt (or Nat North for fun) and my passion is finding the sweet spot where form and functionality meet. I am a designer.

For me, the term "designer" encompasses so many things; being an artist, an interaction designer, an experience crafter, a team player, a single voice and direction amidst the chaos. It is so much fun and so interesting being presented with a problem and being able to pick any number of tools from my toolbelt to solve it.

From startup agency, to global corporation, to everyday people--the opportunities I've had in my career have each taught me something new and unique. And it's those unique experiences that have formed me into the person I am today and given value to my craft.

Currently, I call Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas my home. When I'm not weaving well-designed experiences you can catch me wake-surfing behind a boat, carving a blockprint, doodling in a sketchbook, or keeping up with the latest flicks at the movie theater.
